Rosas Jewels ships to The Netherlands and the rest of Europe, therefore we use DPD or PostNL to ship your jewelry.
Deliveries in The Netherland will usually take place within 1-2 days.
The Europe shipping takes several days but you can always contact us for a time indication.

All the products of Rosas Jewels are made in our own studio and we strive to ship the products within 1 business day. Only the Morse code jewelry will take 1-3 business days. If there is an urgency behind your order, please contact us. After placing your order you will be informed of the status by e-mail.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

Customized jewelry purchased in our webshop is specified on behalf of the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made jewelry, therefore these cannot be returned. The sale is final after successful payment.

1. To use this right you have to send an email to info@rosasjewels.nl within 14 days after receipt and please mention the reason for return, your order number and which items you would like to return.

2. After approval, send the returns to Rosas Jewels. Then you have 14 days after the return notification to return your product(s). Return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

3. After registration of your return shipment, we will refund the order amount within 14 days but of course provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

The shipping costs of the returns are at the expense of the customer and the shipping is at the customer’s own risk.

Make sure your return shipment is prepaid because unstamped or insufficiently stamped mail items will not be accepted by Rosas Jewels.
