Shipping information

Rosas Jewels ships to The Netherlands and the rest of Europe, therefore we use PostNL Track & Trace to ship your jewelry.
Deliveries in The Netherland will usually take place within 1-2 days and PostNL delivers in the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday.
The Europe shipping takes several days but you can always contact us for a time indication.

The Netherlands track & trace: € 1.95 – Free shipping above €75
Europe track & trace: € 5.95 – Free shipping above €100

Delivery time

All the products of Rosas Jewels are made in our own studio and we strive to ship the products within 3 business days, if there is an urgency behind your order, please contact us. After placing your order you will be informed of the status by e-mail.

Return information

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

Exception custom made jewelry

Customized jewelry purchased in our webshop is specified on behalf of the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made jewelry, therefore these cannot be returned. The sale is final after successful payment.

The steps

1. To use this right you have to send an email to info@rosasjewels.com within 14 days after receipt and please mention the reason for return, your order number and which items you would like to return.

2. After approval, send the returns to Rosas Jewels. Then you have 14 days after cancellation to return your product(s) in the original state, unworn and in the original packaging.

3. After registration of your return shipment, we will refund the order amount within 14 days but of course provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Return costs & address

The shipping costs of the returns are at the expense of the customer and the shipping is at the customer’s own risk.

Pay attention!

Make sure your return shipment is prepaid because unstamped or insufficiently stamped mail items will not be accepted by Rosas Jewels.
