You are responsible for your own return package. Please make sure that you send it by registered mail, so it’s traceable.

We are sorry when you are not happy with your purchase! You can return all or part of your order within 14 workdays of receiving your order (custom made jewelry excluded). Provided that the item is unused, unworn and undamaged (trying is allowed) and that you have your receipt.

Yes, your order will fit through your mailbox. The jewelry will be sent in a letterbox package.

Deliveries in The Netherland will usually take place within 1-2 business days. PostNL delivers in the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday.
The Europe shipping takes 3-8 business days. You can always contact us for a time indication of a specific country.
